Had an amazing Christmas break at a hotel in Crete. Loved how close it was to a gorgeous Greek village with plenty of shops, tavernas and bars. the luxury pool suites were perfect, not too big and not too small - and they were really peaceful. the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough to help, really made us feel welcome. It was also great that the hotel provided beach towels - saved us from having to pack as many!

There really was nothing that we didn't like about the hotel. the only thing to be aware of is that the pool is a little bit small, but it wasn't crowded when we were there so that wasn't a problem for us.

All in all, a perfect getaway on a hill near the sea awaits you at this luxurious hotel. the location is ideal, with stunning sea views from the balconies and a peaceful atmosphere by the pool. the rooms are exceptional, with spacious bathrooms featuring large walk, in showers and comfortable beds. the attentive service provided by George and his family is outstanding, making you feel like part of the family. the breakfast offers plenty of choices, and the special menu for the evening guarantees freshly prepared food. the facilities, such as the sun terraces and bar, are well, maintained and perfect for relaxing.

Some guests might find the openness of the balconies and sun, loungers quite exposed, as they are located in a spacious area.

The hotel was located in a really peaceful and quiet area, which was great for a relaxing weekend away. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a lovely view of the surrounding area. The staff were brilliant and really friendly, always willing to help and answer any questions we had. We also loved the pool area, which had plenty of sun loungers and a great bar serving delicious drinks.

The Wi-Fi in our room wasn't very strong so we struggled to stay connected to the internet. we found that the location was quite far from the main attractions, which made getting around a bit tricky and expensive.
